Each of the available sites can be built to specific business requirements and a variety of lease and purchase options are available to meet individual needs, potentially also including plot sales. All of the buildings can be delivered quickly by MAG Property and trusted development partners, all within an 18 month time frame from agreement of specification and legals.
Core Planning Strategy
The site comprises approximately 45 acres (18 hectares), an area which the Local Authority (Uttlesford District Council) proposes in its draft Local Development Framework (LDF) to release from the Airport User restriction and designate as general employment land. The Local Authority’s definition of employment comprises B1(a), (b) and (c), B2 and B8.
