Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have responded to overwhelmingly positive customer demand for flights and package holidays from its new base at London Stansted Airport, by adding four new routes, extra capacity and more aircraft – before it’s flights even commence.
Ahead of the launch of the first Jet2 flight from London Stansted on March 30th, excellent trading and demand from customers in the south of England, has lead to the addition of four new routes in Turkey, Greece and Croatia. This brings the total to 27 destinations in 8 European counties from Jet2’s newest base at London Stansted Airport.
In total, the new routes and additional flights represent the addition of over 65,000 extra seats, taking the total number of Jet2 seats on sale from London Stansted to over 875,000 – a capacity increase of 8%.
