Enterprise House reception and deliveries at London Stansted Airport

Reception email address

Enterprise House reception now has a new email address that you should use if you need to inform them of a visitor or an expected package. The reception staff can also reply on this email address as well.

Deliveries to Enterprise House

Please note that due to security reasons any deliveries to Enterprise House will be removed from reception after 24 hours. Reception does not accept any responsibility for these deliveries and are not able to accept pallet deliveries.

If you have ordered an item to be delivered to the reception, please email reception Enterprise_House@stanstedairport.com and the undercroft access office permitoffice@stanstedairport.com to inform them of:

  • the expected delivery date and time
  • the delivery company or courier
  • the name and number of who will be available from your company to come down and collect the delivery as it arrives
