We strongly advise all staff to keep any articles such as bags and deliveries with you at all times. Any unattended items in Enterprise House and Stansted Airport will be removed by security and may be destroyed.
If you see any unattended articles then please follow the below instructions:
- Be vigilant for unattended articles
- Unattended articles could be found anywhere in the airport
- Do not ignore it
- Do not touch it
- Ask people nearby if they own it
- Report it to Combined Control Centre, 2020 option 3
- Keep people away from the area and don’t allow people to interfere with the item
- Stay with the item until the Customer Experience Manager arrives
